The Affordable Art Fair Jubilee Wharf Penryn 26th and 27th September

Cotton Cottage's next event will be at 'The Affordable Art Fair', Jubilee Wharf in Penryn on the evening of 26th september 6pm - late and 27th September 11am - 4pm.

It is my first time at this event and I hope it will be a success. Lots of great artists and music as well as food in Miss Peapods Kitchen Cafe.

NEW DESIGNS........

I have designed a new range for Cotton Cottage called

'Time for Tea'

There is allot of tea pots and tea cups, cup cakes and chocolate cake involved....

The 'Time for Tea' range consists of bunting, individual decorations, iron on appliques, Cotton Cottage tea rooms with appliques attached with hook and loop (very very like Velcro), decorative mobiles and beautiful little girls dresses from 6 months to 5 years. Prices from £2.50 - £60.00.

Porthleven Lifeboat Day

What a success!

Georgie (Big Beautiful Bunting) and I had a stand Porthleven's Lifeboat Day. A perfectly warm day with just enough cloud to keep people away from the beach and on to Porthleven Harbour.

We have been doing the Porthleven weekly market on Thursdays, which has been very slow, but lifeboat day made it worth it.Lots of sales, positive comments and lots of business cards snatched up. Fingers crossed for lots of orders in time for Christmas. I can't believe I just mentioned Christmas! It is still summer, apparently?

Our next joint market will be - The Helston Farmers Market on September 5th, Events square at the boating lake, Helston.

STITHIANS SHOW!
What a wash out.......high winds and driving rain! OH Dear not good when you are in a plastic gazebo on top of a hill!
Lots of interest and a few sales but no profit. Never mind lots of stock for our local big day out The St. Keverne OX Roast on Wednesday 6th of August. Lots of multi coloured Ponies, Cotton Cottage Playhouses and some new designs. See you there......
